Before embarking on our month of inner contemplation, let us first consider some practical considerations that may enhance our meditations and make them easier:
1. For the following month, you may like to adopt the discipline of practicing an early morning and night-time meditation. Each morning before rising, and again before falling asleep, take a few moments to be still and quiet, listening the Silence Within.
2. As the month progresses, you may chose to expand on this practice by stopping briefly each time you enter a room, to again look within your Consciousness and Listen, recognizing the Invisible Life and Presence that you truly are.
3. You could consider setting an alarm on your phone, choosing calming chimes or a soft vibration to bring you back from your meditations. Try our meditation timer to enhance and deepen your experience.
