When you meet with someone today, simply look and listen without condemnation or judgment. If condemnation or judgment arises, notice that you are looking at the person through a veil of past concepts.

Simply look at each concept as it arises, allowing your attention to gently return to that fact that the very presence you are is the same presence appearing in another form that you call the "other." In looking without condemnation and judgment, unconditional love is what is looking. The One is meeting itself as an appearance of two.

The collective disease of humanity is that people are so engrossed in what happens, so hypnotized by the world of fluctuating forms.
